Raw Organic Seamoss 

Raw Sea moss needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Soak overnight in key limes and rinse ten times in cool water until water runs clear. Be sure to pick through to make sure there is no sea debris present. Store in freezer bag as needed. Blend with spring water immediately once it is to be used. Shelf life 3 weeks once blended, take one tablespoon daily on empty stomach for best results.
